Service was great, delivery was prompt and company answered all questions pertaining to the merchandise purchased. Customer service was professional and courteous.
The Gucci bag was nice but the LV was much smaller than the Gucci and the print was kind of smeared.

My bag came almost a week early, and was in the exact condition described. Communication with this company was great, and I love my order!! I was worried that I hadn’t heard of this company before, but had discovered it when I found they had a purse I already have and love in a different color. Reasonable pricing and it came fast! My only thing I would change is that my bag came very strongly scented. Likely from being cleaned or perfume, but it’s quite strong!

When I received them I was disappointed that the fold lines were pretty severe so I emailed right away and was very happy that the response was so quick to make it right. And they did. It’s an adorable bag that my gift recipients LOVED! Great customer service.
