Bulk Relisting for Better Visibility

Marketplace algorithms often favor fresh listings. Over time, older items can slip down in search results, leading to fewer views and slower sales. Bulk Relisting in Closo lets you refresh multiple listings at once so they appear new again — without having to recreate them manually.

1. Why Bulk Relisting Works

• Boost Search Placement – Recently listed items often appear higher in search results.

• Revive Stale Listings – Give slow movers a second chance to be seen.

• Save Time – Relist dozens (or hundreds) of items in minutes.

2. When to Bulk Relist

• Items have been active for 60+ days without a sale.

• You’ve updated prices, photos, or descriptions and want more visibility.

• Before running a promotion or seasonal sale.

• After a slow sales period to re-engage buyers.

3. How to Bulk Relist in Closo

1. Go to your Inventory tab.

2. Filter for older or slow-selling items.

3. Select the listings you want to refresh.

4. Click Bulk Actions → Relist (or Delist & Relist, depending on the marketplace).

5. Confirm — Closo will handle the updates automatically.

4. Boosting Results with AI Tools

• Apply Smart Price Suggestions before relisting to improve conversion chances.

• Schedule relists using AI Agents so your inventory refreshes automatically.

• Combine with marketplace promotions for an extra sales push.

5. Automation for Continuous Visibility

• Enable Auto Relist in AI Agent settings.

• Set rules like “Relist every 60 days if unsold.”

• Let Closo keep listings fresh without manual work.

💡 Next Step: Pick 5–10 older listings today, bulk relist them, and monitor if their views and sales increase over the next week.

Before you list, check the number: the resale price guide shows the typical sold price and days to sell for 27 product types, measured on real sales rather than asking prices.
