Even the best analytics tools can raise questions, especially when you’re getting used to them. If your numbers don’t look right, or something seems missing, it’s usually a quick fix.


1. Why Don’t My Sales Appear Right Away?

  • Most marketplaces update in near real-time, but some may take up to 24 hours to sync.

  • Large bulk imports or sales spikes may briefly delay updates.

💡 Fix: Wait a few hours and refresh the dashboard. If still missing, run a manual sync from your Marketplace Settings.


2. Why Is Profit Lower Than Expected?

  • Closo deducts marketplace fees, shipping costs, and any other expenses you’ve entered.

  • Missing or incorrect cost data will cause inaccurate profit margins.

💡 Fix: Double-check your Product Cost fields in inventory.


3. Why Are Some Listings Missing from Analytics?

  • The item might not be connected to an active marketplace listing.

  • Draft listings or archived products don’t appear in active analytics.

4. Why Don’t My Marketplace Metrics Match Their Reports Exactly?

  • Marketplace dashboards often display gross sales without subtracting fees.

  • Closo shows net profit for more accurate performance tracking.

5. What If My Data Still Looks Wrong?

  • Run a Manual Sync for all marketplaces.

  • Check for marketplace connection errors in your Linked Marketplaces page.
