1. Why You Might Disconnect a Marketplace
-
You’ve closed or stopped selling from that store
-
Your account is permanently suspended or inactive
-
You’re reorganizing how you manage inventory
2. How to Disconnect a Marketplace
-
Go to Settings → Marketplaces.
-
Find the connected account you want to disconnect.
-
Click Disconnect.
-
Confirm the action in the pop-up.
3. What Happens After Disconnection
-
Closo stops syncing data for that marketplace.
-
Listings from that store are no longer updated or managed.
-
Historical data (sales, analytics, and reports) stays in your Closo dashboard for reference.
💡 Note: If you reconnect the same store later, Closo will re-sync your active listings.
4. Best Practices Before Disconnecting
-
Make sure all pending sales are handled directly in the marketplace.
-
Export any data you may want for external reference.
-
If you plan to connect a different account, disconnect the old one first.
💡 Next Step: Head to your Marketplace Settings if you need to disconnect an account and streamline your dashboard.
