One of Closo’s most powerful features is its AI Agents — automated assistants that make selling decisions for you based on real-time market data. Instead of manually adjusting prices, deciding when to relist, or hunting for trends, the AI does it all, giving you more time to grow your business.
Here’s how to enable and use AI Agents effectively.
1. Open the AI Agents Dashboard
From your Closo menu, click AI Agent. At the top, you’ll see:

Items sold by agent – How many sales were directly driven by automation.

Extra earnings with agent – Additional revenue generated.

Actions done by agent – Total tasks completed for you.
2. Review Tasks by Category
AI Agents organize their recommendations into sections:

Source Products – Finds trending or profitable items to add to your inventory.

List Products – Suggests optimal pricing, timing, and stores for new listings.

Promote Products – Boosts visibility for slow-moving items.

Liquidate Products – Clears out inventory that’s unlikely to sell at current terms.
Each task includes:

What to do – The recommended action.

Why – The data-driven reason behind it.
-
Goal – What the action is designed to achieve.
3. Execute Tasks Manually or Automatically

Click Execute to apply an action immediately.

Use Execute all to run all tasks in that section.

Turn on Auto mode to let the AI run without your approval.
4. Prioritize by Urgency
Tasks are labeled as:

Critical – Immediate action recommended.

Normal – Worth doing soon.
-
Low – Optional actions for optimization.
Focus on critical first for the biggest impact on sales and profit.
5. Scale with Confidence
Once you’re comfortable, enable Auto mode for categories you trust. Many sellers start with automation for relisting and liquidation, then expand to pricing and sourcing once they see the results.
