Your first listing in Closo sets the stage for all future sales. The process is designed to be fast, intuitive, and AI-assisted — so you can get items live and selling without unnecessary clicks.
Here’s how to go from zero to your first product published.
1. Go to the Crosslist Tab
From your dashboard, select Crosslist and click New Item at the top right. This will open the Edit Product screen.
2. Add Photos

Drag and drop your product images into the Item Photos section.

You can upload up to 12 photos (max 3 MB each) in JPG or PNG format.

Rearrange images to put your best photo first — that’s the one buyers see first.
3. Fill in Item Details
Closo’s AI helps speed up the process by autofilling SEO-friendly details from your title:

Title – Be descriptive and clear (brand + item type + key features).

Description – Provide important details like material, size, and condition. AI can help generate this for you.

Brand, Condition, Colors, SKU, Zip Code – Complete these fields so buyers have all the info they need.
Pro Tip: Use keywords buyers actually search for to boost discoverability.
4. Save Your Listing
Click Save at the top or bottom of the form. Once saved, your listing appears in the Draft tab in Crosslist.
5. Crosslist to Marketplaces

From the Closo form, choose the marketplaces you want to list it on (eBay, Poshmark, Shopify, etc.).

Publish in one click — Closo automatically adapts your listing to each platform’s format.
