How Do I Upgrade, Downgrade, or Cancel My Plan?

1. Upgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to Settings → Subscription in your Closo dashboard.

  2. Click Upgrade Plan.

  3. Select the Subscription plan you want (annual).

  4. Enter your payment details and confirm.

💡 Once upgraded, AI Agents and dropshipping access will unlock instantly.


2. Downgrading Your Plan

  • You can downgrade from a paid subscription back to the free plan.

  • Your subscription will stay active until the end of your billing cycle, and then revert to free.

  • You’ll keep access to core tools, but advanced automation and dropshipping will be disabled.


3. Canceling Your Plan

  1. Go to Settings → Subscription.

  2. Click Cancel Subscription.

  3. Confirm your choice.

  • Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

  • You will not be charged again.


4. Refunds & Billing Notes

  • Closo subscriptions are billed annually.

  • Cancellations stop future charges, but already-paid periods are non-refundable.

  • You can continue using all features until your subscription expires.
