1. Open Marketplace Settings

In your Closo dashboard, go to Settings → Marketplaces.
2. Choose Your Marketplace
Closo currently supports:

Poshmark → connect via browser extension

eBay → connect via OAuth (log in with your eBay account)

Shopify → connect via OAuth (log in with your Shopify store)
3. Follow the Login Flow

For OAuth connections (eBay & Shopify), log in and approve Closo’s access.

For Poshmark, install and log in through the Closo browser extension.
4. Confirm Connection
Once connected, you’ll see the marketplace listed in your dashboard under Connected Accounts.
5. Sync Your Inventory

Your active listings will begin importing automatically, but you need to select products you want to show at the crosslister via import feature.

Depending on the size of your inventory, this may take a few minutes.

Once synced, you’ll be able to crosslist, bulk edit, or enable AI automation.
💡 Pro Tip: If you get disconnected or your token expires, simply go back to Settings → Marketplaces and reconnect your account.
