Importing products into Closo is the fastest way to get started. Instead of recreating listings from scratch, you can pull in your existing inventory from all your connected marketplaces — ready to manage, crosslist, and optimize in one dashboard.
1. Connect Your Marketplaces First
Before importing, make sure your selling accounts are linked:
-
Go to Link Marketplaces in your Closo menu.
-
Connect platforms like eBay, Poshmark, Shopify, and more.
-
Authorize Closo to sync your products and update listings.
2. Start the Import Process
From your Crosslist tab:
-
Click Import at the top of the page.
-
Select the marketplaces you want to import from.
-
Choose whether to import all listings or just selected products.
3. What Gets Imported
Closo brings in:
-
Photos
-
Titles & descriptions
-
Prices & SKUs
-
Condition, brand, and category details
This ensures your items are ready to edit, crosslist, or send to the AI Agent for optimization.
4. Keeping Inventory Updated
Once imported, Closo keeps your listings in sync:
-
Price and description changes made in Closo can update across connected marketplaces.
-
Sold or removed items are reflected in your dashboard automatically.
5. Next Steps After Importing
-
Organize your inventory with tags and filters.
-
Use Draft, Active, and Sold tabs to keep track of status.
-
Start crosslisting to new marketplaces in just a few clicks.
💡 Pro Tip: Even if you only sell on one marketplace now, import and connect others so you’re ready to expand without starting over.
