Navigating Your Closo Dashboard

The Closo dashboard is designed to keep everything you need in one place — no more switching between tabs or juggling multiple logins. Once you know where things are, you’ll be able to manage your business faster and take advantage of AI-powered selling.


1. Main Navigation Menu (Left side)

From here, you can access:

  • Crosslist – List products across marketplaces in one click.

  • Orders – Track and manage sales from all channels.

  • My Selling Tools – Access bulk actions, automation, and relisting tools.

  • Market Analytics – View trends, demand scores, and performance insights.

  • Sourcing Hub – Find products to resell from Closo’s supplier network.

  • Subscription – Manage your Closo plan.

  • Link Marketplaces – Connect your stores.


2. Top Bar

  • New Item – Create a listing instantly.

  • Item Counter – Shows how many items you’ve managed in a selected date range.

  • Upgrade – Access more features with a higher plan.

  • Task Manager – See what Closo is doing in real time.


3. Crosslist Overview (Main Workspace)

The screenshot above shows the Crosslist workspace, where you can:

  • Search products by SKU or title.

  • Filter by price, category, brand, marketplace, or date.

  • View tabs for Draft, Active, Sold, and Activity Logs.

  • See AI insights like “Best time to list” and “Trending products.”

  • Check sales potential for each item before crosslisting.


4. AI Insights Panel

At the top of the Crosslist section, Closo’s AI provides:

  • Best time to list — peak buyer activity for maximum visibility.

  • Trending products — categories with high buyer demand.

  • Auto Supplier toggle — keep a steady flow of in-demand products ready to list.
