Before you open your shop

What does it actually cost?

Closo takes no commission on your shop's sales. The only cost per order is card processing — 2.9% + 30¢ plus a 1% payment fee — passed through at cost and shown on every payout. On a $48 sale that is about $2.68, against the $9.60 a 20% marketplace would take.

How do I get paid?

Buyers pay by card at a secure checkout. Your money goes to your bank account 3 days after delivery, through Stripe.

Do I have to list items twice?

No. Everything you import into the Closo Crosslister is already on your shop's shelf. Hide any item with one click; sold and reserved items drop off on their own.

What happens to my marketplace listings when something sells?

The same thing that happens now: Closo delists the sold item everywhere else automatically, so you never sell the same jacket twice.

What do my buyers see if something goes wrong?

Every order is covered by Closo Buyer Protection: a full refund if the item is not as described, arrives damaged, or never arrives.
