Start selling pallets on Closo

Your account is created by the Closo team. From sign-in to your first live pallet auction takes about 30 minutes — here is the whole path.

1 · Sign in

Go to closo.co/pages/liquidator-login and use the credentials from your welcome email. Your cabinet lives at wholesale.closo.co.

2 · Set up payouts

Open Payouts and click Start Stripe onboarding. Buyer payments are held in escrow and release to your Stripe balance — payouts stay in escrow until onboarding completes, so do this first.

3 · Brand your storefront

In My Shop: set your company name and address, upload a logo and banner (with cropping), pick a banner color and write your banner line. Your public storefront is wholesale.closo.co/w/your-shop — share it anywhere; links unfurl with a branded preview card.

4 · List your first pallet

In Inventory → New lot:

• Manifest — import your CSV or a table PDF; columns map automatically and the lot's units, retail value and estimated weight fill themselves.
• Photos — real photos of the actual pallet sell best; a photo column in your manifest imports automatically.
• Freight ZIP and weight — buyers see instant LTL freight quotes to their ZIP; a freight lot will not publish without a weight.
• Price — your buy-now price. Buyers can also send offers.

5 · Run pallet auctions

In Auctions → New auction, pick the lots to enter and the schedule — weekly events work best. Buyers bid live in your public room; a won lot becomes an escrow order automatically. Your dashboard shows bids, reserves and results in real time.

6 · Ship

Pallets: when a pallet sells, Closo books the LTL freight — you hand the pallet to the carrier at your dock; tracking lands on the order. Parcels: buy a prepaid USPS label in one click from the order screen.

7 · Get paid

0% seller commission on Closo-channel sales — the buyer pays a 10% premium, you keep the hammer. Escrow releases 5 business days after the carrier's delivery scan; claims are line-level against the manifest, with partial refunds paid from escrow.
