A case pack fills a shelf with one line without a pallet of it in the back room. Start with the lines customers already pick up near the till — candles, mugs, magnets, ornaments and small gift sets.
Divide the lot price by its pieces and set it against your shelf price. The lot page lists the pieces and, where the supplier gave one, the manifest.
