Joan Perez
Very disappointing experience. I placed an order on October 17th, and since then I haven't received a single update about my order. I've tried contacting United Vintage to find out what is happening, but they haven't even bothered to reply. It's been extremely frustrating to pay for an order and receive absolutely no information about its status. No updates, no communication and no customer service whatsoever. This is simply unacceptable and completely unprofessional. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
