More for Canadian buyers
How an order reaches Canada
Four steps, the same escrow as for U.S. buyers.
-
Step 1
Pick a parcel-size liquidation lot
Case packs and boxes up to 44 lb, 4 per order, from suppliers who ship abroad. Closo-stocked pallets ship to Canada by LTL freight — price includes the carrier's border fees; customs is cleared by your broker (duties/taxes paid on arrival).
-
Step 2
See the freight before you pay
Your postal code on the lot page shows the USPS or UPS estimate for Canada in USD — 1–3 business days in transit.
-
Step 3
Pay into escrow
Card payment in USD. Closo holds the money and buys the label; the supplier ships within the lot's handling time.
-
Step 4
Receive, inspect, accept
GST/HST and duty, if due, are billed on arrival. Dispute any manifest line within the acceptance window; only then is the supplier paid.

Questions Canada buyers ask
Straight answers on parcels, duties, payment and what cannot travel.
How much GST/HST and duty is there on a lot into Canada?
Under CUSMA a courier parcel from the U.S. pays no customs duty when its value for duty is CAD 150 or less, and no GST/HST when it is CAD 40 or less; above those, GST/HST (5 % federal plus the province) and, above CAD 150, duty by tariff code are collected by the courier on delivery, with its brokerage fee. Source: CBSA Memorandum D8-2-16, Courier Imports Remission (2024-11-15), checked 2026-09-21. Closo declares the goods and their invoice value on the customs form and does not collect GST/HST at checkout.
How long does delivery to Canada take?
The live USPS or UPS estimate for a parcel from Los Angeles to Toronto shows 1–3 business days in transit, plus the supplier's handling time on the lot and customs clearance on arrival.
Which clothing lots ship to Canada?
Women's, men's and kids' clothing in case packs and boxes — 14,303 right now. Each lot is manifested: brands, sizes, piece counts and condition are listed before you buy. Closo-stocked clothing pallets ship by LTL freight, cleared by your customs broker.
Is the clothing new or used?
Both, and the manifest says which: new-with-tags overstock, shelf pulls and customer returns are graded per line. The resale numbers on each lot come from measured sales, not a price guide.
Can I pay in Canadian dollars?
Prices and payment are in U.S. dollars; your card converts at its own rate. There is no bank transfer and no Canadian dollars price list.
