They announce they'll have such and such starting on a certain day at a certain time, you go there and arrive, and there's absolutely nothing because the stock isn't unpacked yet, and on top of that, it reeks of weed. I went to both branches in Quebec City and it was the same thing both…
As for the prices, it's unbeatable. I understand the investment wasn't in the decor, but to get sweaters for 2 for $1... you don't live in the store, why would you pay for it, as they say :P
