After being given 3 different prices for a tub by *** we finally paid for the item then were told it was for the floor model not in the box it was an additional $100 for the tub in the box. After asking for a refund *** just wanted to do nothing but argue about the price for the item and that we HAD to take what we paid for. We asked for the boxed item to be sold or a refund issued. False advertisement this business posted on social media $39.99 fence panels for 1 day said 10 had to be purchased for the $39.99 price never mentioning that the panels had to picked up the same day. If I could give a zero star would. I asked for the dark gray lvp floor tile. Got them home and they are brownish gray but super light in color. Tried to exchange not even return them and they would only do it for a 50% restocking fee. So rude and not helpful
Scammers, they sell used/returned merchandise for retail price. If you have an issue with the item they tell you to try and exchange it at **** ***** instead of refunding you. Buyer beware, I will never shop there again. Owner and staff is very rude , avoid it at all costs
