Whether you’re adding brand-new stock or creating a listing from scratch, Closo’s New Item flow is designed to be quick, clear, and marketplace-ready. With built-in AI assistance, you can create listings that stand out — without spending hours on copy and formatting.
1. Open the New Item Screen

From your dashboard, click Crosslist in the left menu.

Select + New Item in the top right corner.

The Edit Product form will open.
2. Add Photos

Drag and drop product images or upload directly from your device.

Add up to 12 high-quality images (max 3 MB each).

Reorder them so your best, clearest photo is first — this is your “thumbnail” image on marketplaces.
3. Enter Product Details
Fill out the main fields:

Title – Use brand + item type + key details (“Nike Air Max 270 Sneakers, Size 10, Black”).

Description – Add materials, measurements, condition, and selling points.

Brand, Condition, Colors, SKU, Zip Code – Complete these to improve marketplace search visibility.

4. Set Price & Category

Enter your asking price.

Choose the correct category so your item shows up in the right buyer searches.

Optionally set a cost price so Closo can calculate your profit margins.
5. Save as Draft

Click Save — your listing will appear in the Draft tab under Crosslist.

You can edit it later or send it directly to marketplaces.
6. Publish or Automate

Select your draft item, choose target marketplaces, and publish in one click.

Or assign the item to AI Agents for automated pricing, listing timing, and promotion.
