Crosslisting is one of the fastest ways to increase your sales. By listing the same product on multiple marketplaces, you reach more buyers — and with Closo, it only takes a few clicks.
Here’s how to make the most of it.
1. Open the Crosslist Tab
From your Closo dashboard, click Crosslist in the left menu.

You’ll see all your products in Draft, Active, Sold, and Activity Logs tabs.

Use the search bar or filters (price, category, brand, marketplace) to find items.
2. Select Products to Crosslist

Tick the checkbox next to each product you want to publish.

You can select one item or multiple items for bulk crosslisting.
💡 Pro Tip: Sort by “Draft” status to quickly find items that aren’t yet live on any platform.
3. Choose Target Marketplaces
After selecting your products:

Click List or Crosslist.

Choose your connected marketplaces (eBay, Poshmark, etc.).
4. Publish in One Click

Closo automatically formats titles, descriptions, prices, and images to match each marketplace’s requirements.

Click Publish and your items will go live across all selected platforms.
5. Monitor & Update Listings
Once crosslisted:

View performance in the Active tab.

Use editing tools to update prices, descriptions, or images across all marketplaces at once.
6. Use AI Insights for Better Timing
In the Crosslist view, Closo’s AI shows:

Best time to list – for maximum buyer visibility.

Listing when and where demand is highest can significantly boost your chances of selling fast.
