If you’re moving your entire inventory into Closo, you don’t need to add items one by one. Bulk importing lets you bring in all your products at once — saving hours of manual work and getting you ready to crosslist or automate quickly.
1. Choose Your Import Method
You can bulk import in two main ways:

From Connected Marketplaces – Pull in all your active listings from platforms like Poshmark or Shopify.
2. Import from Connected Marketplaces

Go to the Crosslist tab in your dashboard.

Click Import at the top.

Select your marketplace(s) and choose All Listings or specific categories/filters.

Confirm, and Closo will bring in your products with photos, details, and pricing.
3. Review & Organize Imported Products

Imported items appear in the Draft tab.

Use filters and tags to organize them for easier management.

Make edits to titles, descriptions, or prices before publishing.
4. Publish or Automate

Select items and crosslist them to marketplaces in one click.

Or assign them to AI Agents for automated pricing, relisting, and liquidation.
