1. Connect Your Marketplace

Make sure your Poshmark (via extension) or Shopify (via OAuth login) account is connected to Closo.

You can check this under Settings → Marketplaces.
2. Open the Crosslister Import Feature

Go to your Crosslister inside the Closo dashboard.

Click on Import.
3. Inventory Scan
-
Closo will automatically scan your marketplace inventory.

Depending on how many items you have, this process may take a few minutes.
4. Select Listings to Import

Once scanning is complete, you’ll see your products appear in the Import Window.

Choose which listings you want to show and sync inside Closo.

You can import all or just a selection.
5. Start Managing in Closo

Imported listings now appear in your Crosslister dashboard.

From here, you can:

Crosslist to other marketplaces
-
Edit titles, descriptions, or prices
-
Enable AI automation (pricing, delist/relist, liquidation)

💡 Pro Tip: If you add new listings later in Poshmark or Shopify, just re-run the Import feature. Closo will pick up the new items without duplicating existing ones.
