1. Why Connections Expire

Poshmark: Connections rely on the browser extension. If you log out, clear cookies, or update your browser, the extension may lose its session.

eBay & Shopify: These use OAuth tokens. Closo automatically prolongs connections, so you normally don’t need to refresh them. However, rare cases (e.g., password changes, account security checks) can trigger expiration.
2. How to Fix It
For Poshmark:

Make sure the Closo Extension is installed and logged in.

Reconnect by going to Settings → Marketplaces → Reconnect.

Log in again with your Poshmark credentials through the extension.
For eBay & Shopify:

Normally, no action is needed.

If you changed your password or eBay/Shopify revoked access for security reasons, go to Settings → Marketplaces → Reconnect and log back in.
3. Preventing Future Issues

Keep your Closo extension updated (for Poshmark).

Avoid logging out frequently.

If you receive a platform security alert, reconnect immediately to keep sync active.
💡 Pro Tip: You’ll always see the status of your connection in Settings → Marketplaces. If it’s expired, the dashboard will show a Reconnect button.
