How to Bulk Relist Items

Relisting is a proven way to give stale listings a boost. Many marketplaces rank “recently listed” items higher in search, so bringing them back as new can help attract more views — and hopefully, faster sales. With Closo, you can relist dozens of items in just a few clicks.

1. When to Use Bulk Relist

  • Stale Inventory – Items that haven’t sold in60 days.

  • Before Promotions – Refresh items right before running a sale.

  • After Price Updates – Relist to showcase the new price to more buyers.

  • Post-Season Reset – Relaunch seasonal items with updated details.

2. How to Bulk Relist in Closo

  1. Go to your Inventory tab.

  2. Filter for products you want to refresh (e.g., items older than 45 days).

  3. Select multiple items by ticking their checkboxes.

  4. Click Bulk ActionsRelist (or Delist & Relist if required by the marketplace).

  5. Confirm and let Closo handle the process.

3. Tips for Better Relisting Results

  • Update Details – Refresh photos, titles, or keywords before relisting.

  • Adjust Pricing – Apply Smart Price Suggestions for better competitiveness.

  • Tag Strategically – Use tags like “Clearance” or “Sale” to target specific product groups.

4. Automating Relisting

  • In the AI Agent tab, enable Auto Relisting.

  • Set custom rules (e.g., “Relist every 30 days without a sale”).

  • Let automation run in the background while you focus on sourcing and fulfillment.

💡 Next Step: Pick 5–10 slow-moving items today, bulk relist them, and track whether they get more views or sales over the next week.
