How to place an order

This article will guide you on how to place an order and determine when an item is sold.

You have two options: either create an order in the cart or simply email us the order

 Create an order in the cart:

  • Add an item to the cart

  • Click on the 'View My Cart' button.

  • Click to Net Orders Checkout

  • Select '7 days' in the dropdown menu.

  • Fill in the shipping address and proceed to place the order

  • After placing the order, you will receive a confirmation email containing the invoice for the cost price. This amount is to be paid by the customer upon receiving the order.


Email us the order

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Share the link to the sold item on the Closo marketplace

  • Shipping label

  • Total selling price

 

How can I know when an item is sold?

  • When a seller sells an item, you will receive an email notification with a picture and the name of the sold item.
