How do you upload products when you receive a box of inventory?

• Click onthe linkand log in, your login is your email, and your password is your email nickname, all in lowercase.

• Once you're logged in, you will see the top menu. Please select "Products" and choose "Product Listings" from the dropdown menu. then, In the top right corner, you will find the "Add Products" button.

• Now, you can start uploading inventory. When uploading pictures to the store, please include at least four images (Front, Back, brand/details, barcode) and the template of description below.

• Examples of 5 pictures (Front, Back, brand label,details, barcode)

• An example for description:

• • Condition: [Describe the overall condition of the item — new, like new, gently used, etc.]

  • Description: [Compose a detailed description of the item, including its features, functions, and any unique characteristics. Mention any flaws or wear if present.]

  • Measurements: [Include detailed measurements of the item. For example, if it's clothing, include measurements such as chest, waist, hips, inseam, etc. If it's furniture, include dimensions like height, width; depth.]

• Filling in fields like product tags, shipping details, and weight is NOT necessary.

• Please fill Pricing details with null in both fields. (We will set the market selling price after merging the listed item with information from the retailer.)

• Input the barcode from the item into the SKU field, select 'Track This Product' from the drop-down menu in the 'Track Inventory' field, then choose a quantity of 1

The Process and next steps

1. After you finish uploading the inventory, we check your listed items and approve them. This process usually it takes up to 6h.

2. After approval, we match and merge them with the information provided by retailers. This process usually takes up to 48 hours.

3. After matching, we import the products into your Vendoo account, allowing you to smoothly list them on our marketplace.

The compensation

• You earn $3 for each item that is processed and approved.

• $3 will be credited to your balance, which you can adopt to cover invoices for sold products or withdraw them to your PayPal upon request.

How to fulfill your orders and those from other sellers

• Please select "Orders" and choose "Orders Listings" from the dropdown menu.

• Please select "Action" and choose "View" from the dropdown menu

• Once you shipped the order, please click on the button "Proceed to fulfill the order"

• And click on the button "Fulfill now"
