Automate Closo Product Imports (2026)

How to import your products into Closo and list them with a simple two-step process:

1. Import your listings from a connected marketplace (or a CSV file) into your Closo Inventory.

2. Check the category and marketplace requirements, then cross-list your products to your marketplaces.

Step 1: Import your listings into your Closo Inventory.

1. Go to Inventory in the left menu and click the Import button (it shows a badge with the number of items waiting to be imported). The Import page shows “Extension connected · N items · N marketplaces”: Poshmark, Mercari, Depop and Vinted listings are read through the Closo Chrome extension, eBay and Shopify through their official APIs.

2. Click Import to pull the listings from a connected marketplace. Use the filters (All markets / Listed: Any / Recently synced) to find what you need, then click “Review duplicates (N)” — the Merge duplicates window lets you Merge each pair into one product listed on both marketplaces (a sale on one takes it off the other) or keep them Separate. You can also import from a spreadsheet with the CSV import wizard: choose file → map columns → review → import.

Step 2: Check the category and requirements, then list your products on your marketplaces.

1. To open a product, click on it in your Inventory. Here, you can complete the listing in the Closo editor.
2. The key is to fill out the product completely. The Category field has a search, and “Translates per marketplace” shows the mapped category for each marketplace, so one product willtransferto every marketplace form.
3. When you are done, tick the products in Inventory, open Bulk Actions → Cross-list and click Cross-list (N) to send them to your marketplaces.

The editor is where an imported product lives: what came over from the marketplace you imported from is already there, and you only fill in what is still missing.

✅ Price: click Analyze on the product row to see the market price and sold comps, and Apply writes the suggested price back to the product.

Once the product is complete, cross-listing is super fast!
Open Bulk Actions → Cross-list, tick the products and click Cross-list (N). In the window, tick a marketplace and Closo shows what it still requires for the selected products; fill in the missing fields, confirm, and the listings go to a queue. The marketplace icons on each product row update as each marketplace finishes, and any failed listing shows up in the bell with the reason and a link back to the product.
