Amazing host with all the hottest products on the market . They allow case packs to smaller sellers to allow them to generate sales without spending on pallets . Shipping is all fast . Check them out on all their platforms. GBI

There is no guarantee of quality of service or accountability when buying directly from their website. Only buy via third party platforms, which have buyer protection and return/refund policies. I've ordered multiple times from them via the WN app, which keeps them accountable and ensures you get a refund if product is defective, missing or expired. Yes they do carry a lot of expired inventory and I've received that in my orders. However, they also have products still within shelf life, which are safe to use or resell. For my orders, it's been 50/50. I've continued ordering because their live shows are entertaining and if you receive expired product, WN will refund you as long as you report it within 2 weeks of delivery! Just make sure you check expiration on the freebies they give out. Unfortunately, I've seen other customers on the live show chasing them for replies on their support replies and the GBI owners/hosts have gotten defensive and allowed their audience to verbally attack those customers. That is just poor business sense, along with the lack of support given to the negative reviewers here.

I do not recommend. I have spent thousands with them and I received so many incomplete orders. Some items were completely missing from my package. I reached out to them and they gave me the run around or replaced my high end items with drug store brands that they don’t even sell. It also takes a long time to receive the orders, if I even get it at all. Please buy with caution. I should have listened to the numerous complaints in their chats. I won’t be returning to any beauty auctions, of any seller for that matter, because I’ve had such a bad experience. I would rather pay full price at Sephora or Ulta than have to jump through hoops again. A very regretful experience although the hosts are lovely and convincing.
