The place is very spacious, but I feel the tables could be arranged better. Some rows are really tight, especially if you get a cart, and I’ve been squeezed past a few times, which is pretty uncomfortable. It could also use a lot more cleaning… the shelves, racks and tables are always covered in…
Monty is very nice guy easy to talk to about the product.
Beware of their online auction. They posted that an item is NEW in the box, but when opened the main piece is missing. (Canopy top) If you are a minute past their 24 hr return policy they tell you tough luck - even though they made the mistake. Terrible customer service. Will not purchase from them…
I've always had a positive experience at this place. The staff is very helpful, and they have a great selection of items. What I love most is that I always find at least one high-quality item at a bargain price every time I stop by. Don't let the negative reviews fool you; it's a hidden gem!
