I am writing this review after so many times stop myself from writing it. This is because I had initially had great experience working with the guy Umar as everything went smooth. However, after the products were shipped to amazon, a lot of things went wrong, IP complaints, Amazon removing my inventory flagging with counterfiet products. I am still struggling after a year with my account health due to the products I got from Kay Wholesale. I like Umar and working with him but the experience in a whole was a headache.

Have been working with Kay Wholesale for over a year now. Don't have anything bad to say about them. I have ordered product and sold without issue, and any time there is an issue with an order it is resolved.

To eliminate this from happen the parties should communicate there discrepancies before posting negative feedback. I’ve ordered multiple items from Umar, and had discrepancies that were resolved IMMEDIATELY and to my satisfaction. This creates trust and long term business. they are scam, asking to pay money and don't reply back.. nor provide products against their invoices

I'm writing this review after reading some negative reviews posted here. I've had many experiences with Kay Wholesale Deals and I can confirm that they are legitimate, honest, and trustworthy. I wouldn't conduct business with them if I thought otherwise, and I just placed another order today 7/1/2024.

I placed an order with them through Payoneer and was told it would ship right away and be delivered in 2 days.

after 2 days when i asked for the tracking i was told that it did not ship because Payment put the funds on hold since Payoneer wants them to show proof of delivery.

when I asked why not deliver it i was told that it was against 'Company Policy' and was told to make a charge back and a new payment to another account (Sounds Legit, Ha?)

After talking to Payoneer, they told me that it was a lie and the funds had been released right after the payment I made and there was no hold; when I confronted them, they started talking about the fact that I am new to Payoneer while they already have a five-year account, whatever that is supposed to mean)

I opened a dispute with my bank and hope it will be resolved soon. So far, this whole experience sounds very shady.
