Block someone for tagging you in an honest review? Red flag.
Save your money and avoid this place. They sell picked-over, unmanifested junk after stripping all the valuable stock to resell on eBay and Marketplace themselves. Their strict 'no touching' rule and constant surveillance in the warehouse are just tricks to hide the trash. I even saw torn manifests where the good items were removed.
We are sharing this across major UK influencer networks to ensure other buyers don't fall for this scam.
Most of the 5 star comes from their own people ..

Absolutely disgusting to deal with them ..
Amazing pallet, amazing staff, Paige was extremely helpful with advising us in which pallet would suit us. She spent about 15 mins explaining everything to us and always answers and replies to messages asap. Also Gary and Braydon had great customer service really polite and helpful. We are so happy with our pallet and wiil 100 per cent will be returning! Thanks guys

Been twice, travelling around an hour to get there. Both times to be met with absolutely rude staff. They definitely don’t have a qualification in customer service. How they talk to customers is ridiculous. It wasn’t just us either as we saw them talking to another man shouting at him etc. Then they’ll talk about you behind your back. Would give 0 stars if I could

Me and my mate Ben come all the time, staff is lovely and very helpful as long as you follow the rules. Obviously, getting a pallet is a bit of a risk because theres no guarantee in what you get but, I pretty much always have a good experience with the pallets I get. Will come again!
