Been buying full clothing pallets off these guys for the last few months and have nothing but good things to say about them!! Delivery is quick, within 2 to 3 days and communication is fantastic. I deal with Paige via WhatsApp and she is always quick to reply to all my questions. Had a delivery issue once which was rectified quickly and Paige rang me to make sure I was happy and it was all sorted, makes a big difference to have that direct communication. The clothes have always been top quality and easy to resell. It has been great for getting my little business off the ground. I will continue to buy from them and cannot recommend highly enough! 5 Star customer service.

Paige and Gareth are both incredible people and Stockport pallet warehouse should be super proud of them both.
As a buyer from Stockport pallet warehouse, the highlight is seeing these 2 all the time. Very friendly and helpful and make you feel at ease. Anybody local and looking to earn a little bit of cash or to grow your business get yourself down here. This is the first wholesalers I went and it’s safe to say because of Paige and Gareth I would not go anywhere else. Plus the prices and products are amazing. 😻 100% recommend

DO NOT waste your money on the £100 undelivered mail bag parcels! Absolute scam! Not only was it £120 in total for delivery- the parcels are one of two things - either already opened by them and they chick literal useless shit I to one pile and ‘keeps’ in another for themselves OR they are purposely pre packed and made to look like undelivered parcels. Why? Because every single parcel I received was lids! Strings! Random chargers! Plastic bits that you have no idea what they are used for! A random air vent metal cover! Some broken random cogs! Honestly - the biggest scam going!

I’ve been a customer of this business for a very long time & would never be able to fault them, they’re professional & reliable, never let me down. There commutation is 1010 really fast responses. & supply me with the best products all year round.

It’s a 5* from me & id never get my goods from anywhere else

Just started my Whatnot account been to a few places for pallets but this company by far are the best! We paid for a £350 amazon return pallet and £100 lost post we made our money back plus a fair few hundred back was dead chuffed dont get me wrong we had few items that wasnt working but thats part of parcel! I carnt thank this company enough we will definitely be returning.
Also the customer care by the staff was amazing so welcoming and reassuring (especially fitting it all in car 😂) even gave us advice on which place would be best to probably get better money per product. So thank you so much one happy customer.

Item was out of stock apparently. The tried selling me another random pallet, that I rejected. Took over 16 days to eventually receive a full refund, poor customer service.

Don’t bother! They send you items that are retuned because they’re broken!
Nothing worth keeping or selling - £60 spent, straight in the bin!

They are scammers . I cancelled order same day and next day they sent a email of refund but refund never arrived . When I contact them they said they shipped the order after 7 days of cancellation. And share pic of order left outside the building . Which was stolen . I never received the order. When I ask for refund they said I have to contact courier and as per courier policy they can only compensate seller not buyer . They are scammer . I order from them before as well and their stuff is very expensive and very bad quality. Scammer . Will take them to court soon with all proofs .
Their customer service lady is very rude and unprofessional, don’t have basic ethics and basic knowledge about consumer law .
She was keep telling me I have to ask dhl for stolen parcel . She need to go back to school again and learn what law says and what courier policy is . Absolutely disgusting. Shame on you.

I was so excited this morning to get what I thought would be like the video that Luke the owner had done brilliant price £100 for half pallet with return toys which I had known had to go and get cash out which is fine came back girl said this is the pallet oh my god it was shite grey with dust everywhere which box I thought no give it a chance it probably will get better it was nothing like the video I started putting it in my car I thought this is going to the tip absolutely rubbish and I know it’s returns… I went back over explained that my customers wouldn’t even look at any of that the man said well it is returns yeah but they belonged in the tip… girl states because they have taken the pallet out they keep the £100 okay lol so I’ve now got no stock and lost hundred pounds hope the owner needs that money seemed a little unfair when it wasn’t even the same in the picture

Scam ( Stay Away Do not Pay By Bank Transfer) I bought two pallets and paid on full by bank transfer up have next day delivery. Stupid me. Did not receive an invoice and now three are not picking up my phone. There pallets deal look too good to be true like branded perfumes, crocs and yeezy Addidas shoes. Please do not buy as they do kit exist in real they are scammer they will email you and force you so do bank transfer to a personal account which should be alarming to anyone however I been greedy and once you transfer the money they are gone never you gonna get invoice nor you can do anything. I have chargeback my money and report them to Action Fraud. I would request anyone who read this please let me know how to get this website removed completely so they cannot scam more people. I hope cyber crime take a note and investigate this. People try to make living and these scammer are looting them. Guys all other comments are fake. Please do not buy. Anyone need proofs please get in touch rizamz at aol dot com

My family has bought a good amount of pallets from this company and have always felt a little uneasy but this last pallet has sent us over! We received a pallet of rice cookers and some other items that have been recalled as a fire hazard which we only found out from a piece of paper that they was recalled, after speaking with Luke (the owner) he offered to give us a discount on another pallet, this was not good enough, we offered to return the pallet for a full refund and recieved a what seems like an automatic response telling us it’s our fault since we bought this pallet.

Brilliant company for sales. Any enquiries are dealt with very fast and efficiently. I’m not about to make my third order with these guys.

we purchased from Stockport Clearance Pallets for £350 plus £90 delivery, which was advertised and sold as a mixed Amazon returns pallet.
Having opened the pallet, we discovered it does not match the description provided. The pallet consists entirely of Dunelm Halloween projector lights, and inside we found a Dunelm returns warehouse delivery note identifying the goods. The pallet also appears to have been re-wrapped in black shrink wrap.
We have taken photographs and videos of the pallet, its contents, the delivery note, the packaging and the original advertisement they have stopped responding to all communications my advice is do not buy if they wont let you see whats in the pallets.
Delivery was quick so at least they get 1 star !

Bought a pallet and 90% of it was faulty and unuseable never mind resealable. Won’t recommend or come here again. Absolutely waste of money and travel. Don’t waste your time with these.

Would I recommend absolutely 100% more then trippled my money on the new stock from will definitely be buying again in bigger quantities amazing staff and amazing company

Absolutely one of the worst suppliers I have ever dealt with. I bought two full pallets of stock, and virtually everything was faulty, damaged, dusty, or completely unsellable. The quality was shocking. Most of the items were so bad and rusty that I had no choice but to throw them straight away in their bins, resulting in a total loss of money.

What makes matters even worse is the customer service. When I contacted Luke Daniel Thurling to explain the situation and requested a replacement or refund, I was met with arrogance, a terrible attitude, and completely unprofessional behaviour. Instead of taking responsibility and trying to resolve the issue, he was rude and dismissive.

My experience was a complete waste of time and money. If you are considering buying from this supplier, think very carefully before handing over your hard-earned cash. Based on my experience, the stock quality was unacceptable, customer support was non-existent, and when problems arose, there was no meaningful effort to put things right.

I would not buy from this company again and would strongly advise others to proceed with extreme caution.

Got our first pallet last week we sold every item off the pallet including charismas stuff in June what a great company and communication was spot on we want to build one pallet at a time so we can buy a lorry load off Stockport pallets and we will get there

Got to be one of the worst suppliers I have ever been to got a load of stock everything is faulty and unable to sell totally disappointed and very annoyed can not even give it away BEWARE WHEN BUYING FROM HERE !!!!

Listen up beloved customers be very careful when you go to Stockport palette Warehouse I spent two hundred pounds on the return or lost post items I repeat do not buy them because you're a hundred pounds to take a box but first they say a palette but when you turn out it's actually a box okay the box is half full but the pallet it's overfilling so they receiving us okay to my surprise when I opened all these items there were no value items that had been on tiktok shop already I spent £200 I'll be lucky if I get 50 pounds for all what I've got sequin dresses value that a few pounds each lady skirts with rips in them I won't go on but you get the Drift there's no box in this two box item just soft stuff like clothes over Returns on one wanted items I'm gonna repeat myself of very low value we're getting scammed because they go through these parcels before we get them and anything in a box you know it's going to be of value but they take it out and give us the s*** do not buy those boxes you'll be upset and you'd have wasted £100 and now this is to Stockport palette Warehouse you know what you doing taking out all the good stuff before we get to it well done but karma is coming back y

Brilliant company to deal with , on my first purchase they even held the delivery back until I was back from holiday, top company to deal with , will purchase ally stock from them going forward 👍

My first time ordering and I was nervous due to ordering a high priced pallet. Deliver was faster than expected and the stock was amazing. Lovely variety and even bagged a few high name brands. Had a small issue but their team were super helpful and the issue resolved in seconds.

I have been buying return pallets for the last 10 years or so.
I bought 2 FBA "Clearance" pallets and 2 half pallet small item pallets.
I have to say that the FBA clearance pallets, where most certainly not clearance items and were ALL returns. At that, they were not even Amazon returns, but all TEMU! Not what was bought.
As I have been doing this for quite some time, I am well aware of the differences between pallets, but these are blatantly described incorrectly.
I will be lucky to get the almost £2000 I spent with them back.
Also, as a VAT registered business, I have now asked via email, phone, Facebook for an invoice.
That has earned me a block on Facebook and no invoice!
This is the most dodgy company I have EVER dealt with. I am very much in two minds as to do a chargeback for the two larger pallets as the most definitely not what was described.
If you want to buy pallets, then go to somewhere like Gem Wholesale. Far better.

As per others, I am chasing them for my money back via a chargeback through my bank.

AVOID !!Had only Temu fulfilment returns.Absolutley rubbish.all broken ,damage packaging, is like i paid them to collect their rubbish.Bought from different companies before,definitely the worst.

Disappointed, it's not lost mail it's returned clothing from shein, it's all been opened and re-taped, nothing suitable to keep, resell or even donate to charity.
