This article will help you start using Closo in three simple steps:

1. Sign up for Closo

2. Install the Chrome Extension

3. Connect Your Marketplaces Easily on the Marketplaces Page

Step 1: Create a Closo Account:

Visit thislinkto register for a free Closo account.

With your Closo registration, you’ll start on a free plan with 15 credits in your account. To explore additional features, you can upgrade through the subscription page at your account.

Step 2: Install the Closo Chrome Extension

To download Closo’s Chrome extension or the latest version, just follow these steps:

Step 3: Connect Your Marketplaces

Go to Inventory in the left menu and click Marketplaces to open the Marketplaces page and link your marketplaces.

At the top you will see the Closo Extension card with an “Install the extension” button and the detected extension status. Below it there is a toggle for each marketplace: Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, Depop, Vinted and Shopify. eBay and Shopify connect through their official login (OAuth), while the others are detected through the Closo extension once you are logged into that marketplace in Chrome.

For marketplaces that use the extension:

1. Install the Closo extension.

2. Open the marketplace in a new tab in Chrome.

3. Log into your account.

4. Go back to the Marketplaces page — the extension detects your login.

5. Switch the marketplace toggle on. Step-by-step video guides are in the Closo help center.
