How does Closo work?

  • You access to wholesale-priced products for selling with the importing feature to your marketplace.

  • Products are stored across brands or by other sellers. You don't pay anything upfront for inventory; simply import them to your stores and start selling.

  • Only pay for the Cost of Goods after successfully delivering them to your customer.

How do I get started with Closo?

How does dropshipping work?

  • When you sign up with Closo, you gain access to all available inventory, which you can import and sell through your store.

  • Closo provides you with a newly created and connected Vendoo account linked to your Closo account. All products imported from Closo will be displayed there.

  • You don't need to pay anything extra for Vendoo; all its listings are included in the Closo package. Additionally, Vendoo allows you to connect the same store to two Vendoo accounts

  • Once your Closo account is set up, we provide you with your Vendoo login details.

  • All your orders are shipped with the provided shipping label, enabling tracking.

What is my commission per sold item?

Each product has its own Cost of Goods. Closo provides a suggested selling price, but you are free to set your own. You only pay the Cost of Goods after a successful delivery, regardless of the selling price.

For example:

  • Suggested selling price: $100
  • Your selling price: $120
  • Cost of Goods: $40
  • Your invoice: $40

Credit refurbishment

If someone else sells a product you listed, and you have a paid subscription, you'll get your credit back.

Credit expiration

Unused listings from any monthly plan are forfeited at the end of each billing cycle.

How will I be notified when an item sells out?

  • To prevent double sales, we send email notifications immediately once an item has been sold by any seller.

  • You can always check the list of sold items on Closo in the 'Search Products' section.

What is the quality of your products?

  • We strive to provide high-quality products to our customers.

  • Our products are sourced directly from retailers and consist of either unworn returned items or new items with tags.

How do I handle returns and refunds?

  • We handle all returns for our products. If a customer requests a return, simply contact us and we will handle the process.

How long does it take for orders to be shipped out?

  • Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped out within 2 business days of being placed.

Is Dropshipping allowed on Poshmark?

  • Yes, it is. If you're unsure whether dropshipping is allowed on Poshmark, please request us about the official response we've received from Poshmark on this matter.

  • We use the shipping label you received from Poshmark, so the platform can track the shipment, and you'll receive payment afterward.

What is your customer support process like?
