You can easily delist and relist products on your marketplaces. Here’s a quick guide to show you how.

This feature allows you to remove items from a marketplace and relist them in seconds. It completely deletes your listing and creates a fresh one with a new URL, giving it the same benefits and visibility as a first-time listing. You can delist and relist items one by one when making updates or changes to your listings. For larger updates, Bulk Actions on the Inventory page lets you delist and cross-list many products at once across all marketplaces where they’re listed.

How to Use the Bulk Delist & Relist feature

To delist in bulk, go to Inventory, open the Active tab, click Bulk Actions at the top and choose Delete.

Tick the products you want (one by one, or as many as you like) and click Delete (N). A window shows the live impact — “this product is live on … marketplaces” — with a “Delete from Closo only” checkbox: tick it to keep the marketplace listings and remove the product from Closo only, or leave it unticked to delist everywhere.

To relist, open the same Bulk Actions menu and choose Cross-list: tick the products, click Cross-list (N), pick the marketplaces in the window (it shows what each one still requires for the selected products) and confirm — the listings go to a queue and the marketplace icons on each product row update as each one finishes. With Auto Sales Detection on, a sale on one marketplace automatically delists the others. Step-by-step video guides are in the Closo help center.
