Automate Marketplace Product Listings 2026

List products on all your marketplaces in one click!

Pick the products in your Draft tab, choose the marketplaces, and Closo sends the listings to a queue and lists them on your marketplaces for you.

Step 1: Go to Inventory and open Bulk Actions

From the left menu, go to Inventory. Open the Draft tab, click Bulk Actions at the top and choose Cross-list.

Step 2: Tick the products and pick the marketplaces

Tick the products you want to list and click the Cross-list (N) button. A window lists your connected marketplaces with a checkbox for each one; ticking a marketplace shows what it still requires for the selected products (any missing fields), so you can fill them in before you send.

Step 3: Just confirm and let it run

Confirm, and Closo sends the listings to a queue. Each product row shows one small icon per marketplace, and the icons update as each marketplace finishes (listed, pending or failed).
