Before working with Closo, what do you think were the biggest challenges you had when sourcing inventory?

"One of the biggest challenges I had one sourcing is finding profitable inventory. I live in a very small town, the closest thrift store is 40 minutes away. Finding inventory that I am able to make a profit on was one of my biggest challenges. Most brands at my local thrift are very low in profit, making it very difficult to make money on. "I definitely think my sourcing obstacles impacted my sales. Not being able to find higher end or profitable inventory definitely makes it more difficult to make a profit."

"The biggest positive change working with Closo is the effortless sourcing and available items. I am able to pick and choose from a large variety of inventory to add to my closet. There are different styles in brands, so I am able to choose what style fits my closet, the best."

Has this experience allowed you to have more time for buyer engagement, repeat sales and building foundations for return clients?

"I think with a larger range of inventory options, my buyers and customers have increased. Since I do not have to spin our sourcing at a consignment or thrift store, it allows me to have more time engaging with my customers and focus on organizing my closet."

"I am honestly not sure what service I would suggest you add for your sellers."
